SHIPPING & RETURNS
We conduct door to door delivery of our subscription based meals. RAWRdaily will deliver your loved one's meals once or twice a month depending on their nutritional needs.
We currently deliver to homes in the Vancouver Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley regions, but expect to expand operations in the months to come. RAWRdaily recommends customers to be home to accept delivery of their weekly subscription meals. If acceptance of delivery is not possible, our delivery driver will leave the insulated bag with the meals outside of your residence. Please note: We are NOT responsible for orders left unattended that are damaged, stolen or destroyed.
RAWRdaliy does delivery to office buildings, townhouses, and apartment buildings. Please check with your doorman or concierge to make sure they will accept the delivery from our driver. Some apartment buildings will let us buzz in and we can leave it in front of your door.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You are responsible for inspecting items upon their delivery for any damage or other issues including but not limited to the freshness of the products you receive. Meals should be delivered to you in a cool and refrigerated condition, below 4°C. Although unlikely, if you have any reason to believe that a product in your delivery is not suitable for consumption, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
As deliveries are conducted twice a month and you are charged monthly for the subscription meals, any meals that have not yet been dispatched for delivery will be refunded upon request at a prorated cost. Since we provide perishable food items, we cannot accept returns of meals that have already been dispatched for delivery. If the product is still fresh, please consider sharing it with a dog loving friend, or donating it to a willing dog charity. Please keep in mind local COVID-19 safety protocols may limit your choices for donation. Also, dispose of any food that isn’t fresh or has had its quality compromised somehow.
If you need to cancel or suspend your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery to facilitate the cancelation, otherwise a restocking and delivery fee may be applied to your order.
