If your pet is dissatisfied with our product due to palatability issues, please contact us directly at info@rawrdaily.com and we will be glad to discuss the potential refund of your purchase. We will make every effort to assist each consumer with the successful feeding of our foods to your pet.

This RAWRdaily Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the types of personal information we may collect, how we may use this information and when (under certain circumstances) we may disclose this information. This Privacy Policy also details the steps we have taken to secure your personal information. You agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy in their entirety when you: (a) access or use the Site; (b) access and/or view any of the video, audio, stories, text, photographs, graphics, artwork and/or other content featured on the Site (collectively, “Content”); (c) sign up for a subscription or to place an order, which includes processing and delivery of orders (the "RAWRdaily Service"); (d) access links to RAWRdaily's social media pages/accounts on third party social media websites, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube (collectively, “Social Media Pages”); and/or (f) utilize the Site’s features designed to facilitate interaction between the end-user, RAWRdaily and other Site users (“RAWRdaily Offerings”).
RAWRdaily and any third parties acting under RAWRdaily's authorization, will not collect any personal information about you except when specifically and knowingly provided by you. Examples of such information are name, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, email address, credit card information and customer preferences data. Examples of ways in which we may collect such information from you include the following:

A) Registering & Ordering - Before using certain parts of this Site, registering to enter one of the Promotions and/or ordering products, you must complete a registration form. When registering, you will be prompted to provide certain personal information, depending on the applicable registration form, including, but not limited to, your name, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, email address and credit card number. In addition, you may also be asked to provide your country of residence and/or your organization's country of operation, so we can comply with applicable laws and regulations, and for your gender. These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your orders, to verify entry into a Promotion, to ship any prizes won in connection with the applicable Promotion, to communicate with you about your order and this Site, and for internal data modeling and marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, we will use the personal information to contact you.

B) Email Addresses - Some areas of the Site allow you to enter your email address for purposes including, but not limited to: registering for a particular service or activity, registering to enter a Promotion or opening a RAWRdaily account. If you choose not to provide your email address when prompted, you may not be able to engage in some or all of those activities.

C) Log Information - When you access the RAWRdaily Site our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the Site, track users’ movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. This log information is not linked to personal information unless you are an active customer, or have otherwise provided such information to us. Third parties may also use tracking technologies such as web beacons, images, scripts and cookies to track information in the aggregate on our Site for analytics purposes. RAWRdaily does not control these third-party technologies and their use is governed by the privacy policies of third parties using such technologies. D) Cookies - Like most other websites, RAWRdaily uses cookie technology throughout this Site. A cookie is a small removable data file that is stored by your web browser on your computer which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are used to provide customers with tighter security, customized content, tracking of orders and shopping cart items. RAWRdaily uses both session and persistent cookies on this Site; session cookies expire at the end of a particular visit to our Site, while persistent cookies (also called stored cookies) remain active until you disable them through your browser settings, or until a pre-set expiration date. Unfortunately, customers who turn off cookies in their browser settings will not be able to shop from this Site.

Information Use - We do not sell or rent information about our customers and all information provided to RAWRdaily remains absolutely confidential, except that:

A) We may share information with companies that provide support services to us (such as a printer, mailing house, fulfillment company, delivery company or web host) or that help us market our products and services.

B) We will use your personal information to communicate with you about your orders and deliveries, and we may send you a confirmation email when you register/place an order with us. If you submit your email address to open a RAWRdaily account, we use it to deliver the information to you. In addition, if you submit your email address in connection with registering for a Promotion, we may use your email address to communicate with you regarding your participation in the applicable Promotion.

C) We may be required to disclose such information in response to subpoenas, court orders, requests from law-enforcement officials, or if we are otherwise required to disclose such information by law.

D) As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a company sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution, or similar event, the personal information and other information you provide to us or that we have gathered about you may be part of the transferred assets.

If we become aware that we have collected personally identifiable information from a user of the Site who is under the age of fourteen, we will remove that child’s personal information from our files.

This website is owned and operated by RAWRdaily. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the opportunity to purchase raw dog food on a subscription basis and provides information relevant to our customers. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

When we receive a valid refund claim for a product purchased from us, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of RAWRdaily. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

You agree to indemnify and hold RAWRdaily harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services and products offered on the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RAWRdaily, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAWRdaily assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our products and services; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.

EXCEPT FOR RESIDENTS OF QUÉBEC, TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMPANY’ WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES (IF ANY) EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW, STATUTE, CUSTOM, ORAL OR WRITTEN STATEMENTS OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED, TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, AVAILABILITY, PERFORMANCE, COMPATIBILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, CORRESPONDENCE WITH DESCRIPTION AND NONINFRINGEMENT, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY AND ITS SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS HAVE ANY LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, DELICT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR STRICT LIABILITY, FOR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR FOR LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR GOODWILL, LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, OR DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION OR DATA OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, PERFORMANCE, FAILURE, OR INTERRUPTION OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT, AND EVEN IF COMPANY HAD BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN THE EVENT THAT COMPANY IS FOUND LIABLE TO PAY YOU ANY DAMAGES, COMPANY’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER THE AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED $100. THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WILL NOT BE AFFECTED IF ANY REMEDY PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL FAIL ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
